This week we welcomed OFSTED into our school and Year 3 were delighted to share their work with the inspectors. This included:

Maths – Adding 1, 10 and 100 to give a number.

English – As we developed our Sentence Stacking lessons, we spent more time working on contractions and where to place the apostrophe.

Guided Reading – Using the life of Katherin Johnson as our text, we practised our retrieval and vocabulary skills.

Spelling – Contractions: haven't, hasn't, it's ...

Science – Food groups and nutrition.

Geography – Human and Physical features.

PSHE – Being me in my world and what a Great School would look and feel like.

PE. – Hockey
