In Maths, we continued with our place value learning. We looked a Roman Numerals and rounding to 10.
In English, we recapped the skills needed to write our own narrative story and completed our narrative map identifying in each paragraph what skills we would use.

In PSHE, we looked at how our actions can lead to rewards or consequences. We discussed the rewards that we liked and the consequences we did not like.

In Science, we looked at how food is digested and excreted. The children drew diagrams and labelled each part of the digestive process, adding the information on what each part does.

To celebrate Black History Month, Year 4 looked at Martin Luther King and the impact he had. Each child completed a fact file, learning all about Martin Luther King's early life, his famous speech and what he was known for.
