This week in school we have been busy learning about:
Maths – adding 1, 10 and 100 using base ten, counter and mental strategies
English – we are very near the end of our sentence stacking lessons based on the story of the Three Little Pigs and taking the side of the Wolf
Guided Reading – we have once again leant into the Black History Month for our text as we practice our vocabulary, retrieval and inference skills
Spellings – the focus has been on apostrophes' for possession
History – we have explored the Bronze Age
Geography – we have been sorting human and physical features
RE - Looking at the Big Bang Theory
PE - Hockey remains the focus
