Autumn Term 1 - Week 2 (Hockey)
After building solid foundations last week, all the children continued on their positive learning into week 2!
Lesson objectives for each class were:
Class 3H – To develop decision-making in attack & to understand the role of a defender.
Class 4M – To develop attacking skills to beat a defender & to use defending skills to delay an opponent and gain possession.
Class 5/6 B – To select the appropriate skill, choosing when to pass and when to dribble. To move into and create space to support a teammate.
Class 5/6M - Class 5/6 B – To develop attacking skills to beat a defender & to apply attacking skills with control under pressure.
Class 5/6S - Class 5/6 B – To develop attacking skills to beat a defender & to apply attacking skills with control under pressure.
