Week 1 – Autumn Term 1
A positive start for the PE department at Parkway Academy for the academic year 2026/27. All classes shall be working on hockey for this term.
The following lesson objectives were applied to each class:
Class 3H – introduction to hockey lesson; to send and receive with some control and progress into moving safely and with control when in possession.
Class 4M – To develop attacking skills with accuracy and control & to develop attacking skills to maintain possession.
Class 5/6 B – To develop attacking skills to beat a defender & to apply attacking skills with control under pressure.
Class 5/6 M – To develop attacking skills to beat a defender & to apply attacking skills with control under pressure.
Class 5/6 S – To develop attacking skills to beat a defender & to apply attacking skills with control under pressure.
